Provider data changes frequently as updates are made and new members join the network. There may be providers or specialties included in our network that are not listed in your search results. Search results may also include providers no longer participating in the network. Some providers have offices in multiple locations, but do not participate in the network for all of those locations. Providers may practice in more than one group, but not all groups participate in the network. Please contact the provider’s office to confirm participation in the network before you make an appointment.
If you are seeking medical care out-of-state or outside of your regular geographic area, be sure to confirm that the provider participates in your plan. Call the member services number on your ID card before scheduling an appointment.
